Orders & Shipping

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on  your location, but typical shipping times are:  USA: 3-​4 business days  International: 5-15 business days

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@shopvibecheckapparel.com with your order number. 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@shopvibecheckapparel.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@shopvibecheckapparel.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you. 

Because this product is made especially for you, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@shopvibecheckapparel.com with your confirmation number, the issue, and a photo of the garment.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order at hello@shopvibecheckapparel.com. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! 

Our Products & Processes

- Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.
- Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
- Our shirts and hoodies can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best.
- When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.
